Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bookmymango Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.Bookmymango.in provides a unique service and promise of delivering the goods in specific given time to maintain the freshness and quality of mangoes.

Shipping policy shipment:
  • We ship all orders from our logistic provider & Wefast.
  • All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays also. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via SMS.
  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Shipping costs are based on the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Cost may vary according to your locations.
  • Mangoes are perishable fruit so, we do not stock in quantity.
  • Product will be delivered at customer shipping address which is provided at the time of placing order.
  • Customers can track order by using courier tracking id on our logistic partner website.
  • If you got any mangoes in damage condition due to courier company handling, just take a picture of that mangoes and email us with fully details like order no. parcel received date etc within 24 hours after delivery. We take a decision and refund or replace after review from us.
  • If you got any mangoes in damage condition due to courier company handling, just take a picture of that mangoes and email us with fully details like order no. parcel received date etc within 2 days after delivery. We take a decision and refund or replace after review from us.
  • If you got your parcel delay from the dispatched date mention on courier receipt, and mangoes are in bad condition just take a picture and email us with further details. We arrange replacement for that order as per product availability.
